items with req 8 question
Hello,
I've been looking for quite some time now for req 8 Energy Storage focii to put my inscriptions on, instead of using the req 9 you can craft pretty much everywhere, but I've never find anyone selling. After a while, I started thinking, even if I'm no big farmer/chest runner, all the stuff I dropped was req 9 for the lowest. So, I'm wondering, and I'd like your input on this, if in their effort to balance PvE and PvP, anet changed the minimum req for max weapons to 9 in nightfall. Or, shortly, have you guys ever seen nightfall items drop in max with reqs under 9? |
